How long does shipping take for the Smart Frame?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Does the frame support multiple riders?

Yes, the Zwift Ride Smart Frame is designed for easy sharing. It features quick-release adjustment points for saddle height, reach, and handlebar height to accommodate riders from 5'0" to 6'6".

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the frame in its original packaging for a full refund, minus return shipping costs.
