We want you to be fully satisfied with your Zwift Ride Smart Frame; if you are not, you can return your equipment within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all technical components and assembly tools.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Zwift account and visit the 'Order History' section to select your Smart Frame and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Equipment
Carefully disassemble the frame and place all components, including the frame, pedals, and tools, back into the original heavy-duty shipping crate to prevent transit damage.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and instructions to schedule a professional courier pickup for your oversized package.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the frame at our facility to verify its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
